Torrens Capital Funds operate on a called-capital basis whereby investors commit capital to the fund. We can then call on the capital during the investment period of the fund upon an investment being approved by the investment committee. This means that capital is only called when an investment is made and capital may only be called up to the committed amount.
All management fees and costs are included in the committed capital, providing certainty that there are no hidden or unexpected costs.
